This Park View Villa project is a bespoke interior design transformation located in Denver, Colorado, completed by our Charleston, South Carolina-based interior design firm. Originally a dated early-2000’s cookie-cutter house, the home was fully reimagined as a current, timeless, and cozy family residence through thoughtful custom interior design and curated furnishings.

The project features a main level layout rework, custom white oak built-ins, a custom marble fireplace surround, and all new custom designed furnishings. Decorative lighting was entirely replaced with curated fixtures, including a Lawson Fenning ceiling fixture and handmade Victoria Morris table lamp. Custom linen window treatments and artisan made accessories were intentionally selected to enhance warmth and sophistication. Vintage furniture, commissioned oil paintings and bespoke area rugs further layer personality and quiet luxury throughout the home.

Our interior design approach balances comfort and intentionality: the living room was designed to be the heart of the home, while the adjacent dining area maintains a minimal and tonal aesthetic that highlights natural materials and craftsmanship. Every element, from custom furniture and lighting to artisan handmade ceramics and hand selected artwork, was designed to feel thoughtful, elevated, and uniquely tailored to the family’s lifestyle.
