Let's talk! Tell us about your home, how you live, and what you're dreaming up, whether it's a custom new build, renovation or furnishings project… we’ll ask a few questions about timeline and budget, and we'll figure out together if we're a good match. This will allow us to write you a design fee proposal or we’ll schedule a time for us to come on site.

Many projects begin with a phone call, and we can often put together a proposal from there. For some projects, though, we'll suggest meeting in person. Design is a big relationship, and spending time in your space together helps us make sure we're aligned on the vision before we begin.

After the discovery call (and potentially an on-site consultation), we will send over a proposal with a defined scope, more information about our process, and the design fee. No surprises here. You'll know exactly what we're doing and what it costs before we begin.

It’s official! This is where the fun begins. First thing’s first: we’ll want to gather the proper team (GC, architect, etc) align on budget, take all the measurements and before pictures…

Then comes the pretty things!

Now the fun begins! Alongside your architect and builder, we dig into the details: finishes, plumbing, millwork, lighting, tile, hardware, furniture, and everything in between. You'll see concepts, materials, and layouts come together, and we'll refine until it feels true to the home and to you. We believe this process should be FUN for our clients, we bring the showroom to you!

This is where we get into the nitty-gritty, and we love it. We dig deep into the construction drawings, drawing up detailed plans and elevations for everything from cabinetry to tile layouts to lighting placement. We gather every spec sheet, installation guides, home schedules and scaled drawings, and put it all in one place. Then I walk your general contractor through it, so the install details are clear before anyone picks up a tool. Fewer surprises on site, and what we designed is exactly what gets built.

Once you've given the green light, we handle the logistics for you. We order everything, track lead times, coordinate deliveries, and check each piece as it arrives, so you don't have to chase a single vendor or stress over any damages.

We stay close throughout the build, answering questions from the team, visiting the site, and making sure the design comes to life as planned. Then comes the best part: installing the furnishings, art, and finishing touches, so you can walk into a home that's ready to enjoy.
